Birepo A/S has been sold to Addtech AB

Birepo A/S is a market-leading company with a proprietary product portfolio of mechanical, electro-mechanical and fully electronic key boxes, key tubes and outdoor key cabinets. Birepo also has a brand new proprietary product range with fully electronic, efficient, internal systems for securing service vehicles, truck trailers and containers. The company’s products are used to give 3-man access to buildings, constructions and cars efficiently in critical situations as well as for daily deliveries, maintenance etc.

Birepo is growing and has a turnover of approx. DKK 25 million, has an EBITDA of DKK 6.7 million and 10 employees.

Addtech AB is a listed leading Swedish industrial group within high-tech products and solutions. Addtech owns more than 130 companies throughout the Nordic region and in other European countries.

The previous owner Gert Petersen continues as managing director of the company. With Addtech’s acquisition there will be further focus on growth in the Nordic markets and on the spread of the new product program for securing rolling stock.
